Ask Members of Congress to Call on Biden Administration to Stop Medicare Contractor Rollbacks for Crucial Transplant Blood Tests.

In March, a private contractor called “MolDX” rolled back Medicare coverage for transplant recipients to receive non-invasive blood tests to discover early signs of rejection. Among other restrictions, Medicare will now only cover the blood test for the surveillance of organ health if the doctor would have otherwise performed an invasive biopsy.  If we don’t stop Medicare, patients may have to depend on invasive biopsies or worse, wait until their body shows signs of rejection.
